Year-Round Leisure Experiences - Take charge of marketing Silverstone’s incredible 52-week leisure offering including driving on the famous circuit, behind-the-scenes tours, karting, race simulators, and retail experiences. Your vision will ensure Silverstone is a year-round leisure destination and that every visitor leaves with memories to treasure.
Key Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate the delivery of a cross-channel calendar of marketing activity, ensuring cohesive messaging and strategic alignment across all marketing efforts.
- Ensure Silverstone’s marketing campaigns calendar is kept up to date across a wide range of Products.
- Schedule, build and distribute Silverstone’s email marketing output, working alongside the CRM Manager to define and segment audiences.
- Support the Digital team to continually measure effectiveness, efficiency and success of campaigns to create actionable insights to refine strategies and improve performance.
- Write and proofread copy, paying close attention to brand guidelines and tone of voice.
- Support the wider Marketing team on updating content on Silverstone.co.uk.
- Prepare briefs for both the Digital and Content internal teams, supporting them to deliver requirements for Silverstone products, ensuring deadlines are met and work is to the highest quality.
- Produce regular status reports for Silverstone products, ensuring internal and external stakeholders are updated and informed about marketing plans and campaigns.
- Support in the management of both paid and organic media plans, working alongside the wider Marketing team to define audiences, creative and channels to optimise campaigns.
- Assist the wider Marketing team with financial administration such as supplier invoicing and raising POs.
- Stay at the forefront of the latest marketing trends, sharing ideas and inspiration with the team.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
