The aim of this role is to lead an effective, efficient, and professional HRIS function for Red Bull Technology Group, ensuring legal compliance.
You will provide guidance on development and administration, including configuration and related activities.
Additionally, you’ll work closely with the HR, IT, and Finance teams to understand technical requirements and deliver efficient and effective services, maintaining data and system integrity with team-focused solutions.
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the team, managing daily activities and supporting their growth.
- Capture, document, and prioritize requirements with key users, and develop, test, and document solutions, including HRIS configurations and integrations.
- Drive continuous improvements in HRIS with the HR team, manage HRIS knowledge sharing, and handle 3rd line support calls.
- Stay updated with HRIS technologies, cross-train into HCM technology stack, and manage relationships with support providers.
- Address complex problems, execute work professionally using project management methods, and improve IT security.
Essential Competencies:
- Experience with HR data and managing a small team of analysts.
- Strong command of HR business processes, cross-functional business acumen, and Agile environments.
- Proven track record in partnering with vendors, stakeholders, and IT, delivering high-quality documentation, and advanced troubleshooting.
- Desire and ability to stay updated with the latest technologies.
