We're seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Specialist to support our growing business. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining our inventory and supporting daily customer orders.
Core Responsibilities
• Processing both incoming and outgoing product shipments.
• Work closely with office admin personnel to make sure that all receiving and shipping paperwork is accurate.
• Inspection and booking in of goods received.
• Picking and appropriately packaging goods for dispatch.
• Production of courier dispatch documentation using required software and systems.
• Liaising with administrators to provide necessary information regarding dispatching customer orders.
• Ensuring that the warehouse is kept organized, clean and tidy at all times.
• Carrying out inventory counts as required (minimum 2 times per year).
• Support maintenance of rental equipment fleet for all incoming and outgoing orders.
Required Qualifications
• Experienced user of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Teams
• Proven experience with shipping systems for import/export operations (UPS World Ship, FedEx Ship Manager)
• Outstanding organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• The position requires the ability to load and unload boxes weighing up to 50 pounds

Schedule
• Full-time, Monday – Friday
• Office hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
