We are looking to add a sales focused member of staff to our spare parts sales department selling go-kart spare parts & race circuit venue equipment. e.g. Honda engines, tyres, PPE.
The role involves mainly dealing with regular trade accounts, maintaining these relationships and understanding individual account requirements. Part of the role includes liaising with suppliers, arranging transport and processing of incoming orders from start-to-finish.
Training and direction will be given, along with close working relationship with the rest of the team.
As well as servicing our existing customers, the role also involves reaching out to potential customers to gain new business across the world.
The candidate should be comfortable talking with and instigating conversations with new and existing clients, have good IT skills and be comfortable in learning new software we use to populate our online spare parts store and keep it up-to-date.
Responsibilities:
Helping to process enquiries/orders into the Spares mailbox.
Raising orders on Sage200 for customers.
Raising quotes and proformas for customers including chasing up older quotes.
Ordering spare parts with suppliers.
Keeping stock levels under review.
Monitoring costs with key suppliers.
Dealing with all enquiries from customers.
Liaising with the factory for repaired parts and orders.
Arranging for the recovery of damaged or unwanted parts.
Work to monthly targets.
Minimise order processing mistakes.
Help maintain products listed on online store.
Talking with client on the phone, and making sales phone calls.
This role includes a performance based bonus scheme.

To provide our customers with the high level of service we currently offer when purchasing spare parts.
To work closely with the Service and Customer Service Teams.
To build relationships with our suppliers and service providers and also with all departments within the business
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £22,000.00-£34,000.00 per year depending on experience.
