From 2026, Audi will compete in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship.
The new team has two locations. Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany) is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. The Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for innovative technologies and passion for racing. The power unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for chassis development and race operations. The planned takeover by AUDI AG will turn two teams into one factory team - and you can be part of it.

The position for the Audi F1 Project is to be filled at Audi Formula Racing GmbH at the Neuburg (Germany) site.
In finance, as the central interface of Audi Formula Racing GmbH, we ensure that all areas are provided with appropriate budgets and necessary resources and ensure that clear framework conditions and relevant KPIs for content control are transparently available.
YOUR TASKS
You are responsible for the control, maintenance and further development of our time recording system and are the contact person for all questions relating to time management
You support the monthly payroll accounting including the upstream and downstream processes in cooperation with our billing service provider
You will be involved in the design and continuous development of processes in the areas of payroll and time management
You create evaluations in the area of payroll and time management
YOUR PROFILE
You have completed commercial training and/or further education
You have already gained professional experience in payroll and time management
Solid MS Office skills
You are an ambitious team player and have a high level of motivation to work independently
You are characterized by a careful and reliable way of working
You are fluent in German or English and are willing to learn basic knowledge of the other language
