We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engine / Powertrain Expert to join our team and provide support to our motorsport customers and CMS (Customer Support) team in racing activities worldwide. As the Engine / Powertrain Expert, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our motorsport endeavors by identifying, collecting, analyzing, and reporting technical customer demands and problems in a timely manner, and actively following up on the progress of solutions.

Your Tasks:
Identify, collect, analyze, and report technical customer demands and problems related to engine and powertrain systems
Follow up on the resolution progress and provide technical support to customers and internal teams as needed
Apply your professional knowledge and work experience in high-performance engine and powertrain calibration, both on test benches and in vehicles
Utilize your expertise in working with state-of-the-art engine control systems and functions
Define technical requirements in compliance with relevant standards and regulations
Plan, coordinate, execute, and document tests and events associated with our motorsport activities
Define and monitor engine specifications for test and race events
The successful candidate will:
hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
have extensive work experience in the field of high-performance engine and powertrain systems
show proficiency in engine and powertrain calibration and application on test benches and in vehicles
show a strong understanding of engine control systems and functions, including their application in motorsport
have knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations
display excellent organizational and project management skills
be an effective communicator and have strong teamwork capabilities.
be willing to travel worldwide to support racing activities
