We're hiring a Video Production Lead to head our top-tier in-house sports video production team. In this role, you'll regularly assess performance against our strategy and KPIs, ensuring excellence in production and video content delivery for our Teams and stakeholders.
You'll lead a talented team of Creative Producers, a Senior Editor, and a Production Manager, focusing on content creation for the Red Bull Technology Group and its partners. This position includes opportunities for international travel.

Main Accountabilities:
- Team Leadership and Development: Lead the development of a top-tier in-house video production team, including defining KPIs and benchmarks for high standards, and reporting to the Head of Content. Innovate production techniques and workflows for efficiency and creativity, and establish a new visual identity for our productions, aligning with brand values.
- Technical Optimization and Project Management: Optimize technical workflows to enhance editing team productivity and streamline file sharing. Lead key video projects, including promotional and brand shoots, and implement tracking and resource planning with the Production Manager.
- Stakeholder and Partner Relations: Develop and manage relationships with production partners, identify new talent, and build relationships with stakeholders to optimize content planning and distribution. Seamlessly integrate branded content, ensuring partners are prominently featured.
- Performance Review and Best Practices: Conduct regular reviews of production resources, delivering monthly reports to the Head of Content. Manage relationships with freelancers, handle third-party contracts, and stay updated on content best practices and emerging platform trends.
Essential Competencies:
- Leading expertise in the delivery of best-in-class video production.
- Experience of leading and developing a production company or team.
- Demonstrable knowledge of production techniques, technical and post-production workflows.
- Impeccable attention to detail and ability to multi-task projects, priorities, schedules, and deliverables.
