We have an exciting opportunity for a Graphics Technician to join our team.
As a Graphics Technician, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and operating high-quality visual graphics for Williams Racing. You will collaborate with our marketing team to ensure real-time graphics meet the dynamic demands of race events.
As a Graphics Technician, your main responsibilities will be:
Responsible for the production and application of decals over a number of applications as directed for the Williams Group.
Decal and material stock monitoring and control.
Prioritisation of workload for upcoming events to ensure deadlines are met.
Work closely with internal customers including Marketing and responding to requests in a timely manner whilst managing competing priorities and business demands.
Liaise with internal customers on project progress and delivery to plan as required.
Manage relationships with Technology Representatives to ensure ongoing machinery and software updates.
Responsible for researching and investigating new technologies to add value or create new solutions.
Support of other areas as direct / agreed with the line manager.
Work to quality standards and identify and contribute ways to continuously improve department and personal performance.
We are looking for a Graphics Technician, with the following skills and experience:
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Media Production, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years in graphics production, preferably in motorsport or a similar industry.
Proficiency in graphic design software.
Strong eye for design and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Detail orientated, solutions focused and proactive. Using their initiative to problem solve and build relationships quickly.
*In compliance with national Secure Freight Consigner conditions, five years’ continuous employment, education and/or training must be evidenced and ay gaps exceeding 28 days accounted for. A criminal record check will also be carried out. This will be explained in more detail during interview.
