Role Description
Assisting with the maintenance of our four ISO registrations in Quality (9001), Environment (14001), Health & Safety (45001) and Energy (50001). Using continuous improvement methodology identified within ISO standards (PDCA) to help the company implement value added improvements whilst ensuring each business unit remains compliant to our Integrated Management System (IMS). You will have a direct impact on the success of the department and its goals. Gaining an in-depth knowledge of the business and how it runs by regularly engaging with key stakeholders across the whole business, including but not limited to; Finance, Assembly, Transport, Manufacturing and Engineering. Taking an active role with the 3rd party audits conducted by our certification body, utilising your knowledge of HPP operations and the relationships you’ve formed with key stakeholders to ensure a successful outcome. Assist with collation, analysis and presentation of data to enable the Senior Management Team to review project delivery and tracking of company objectives & targets.

Opportunities to lead process improvements, opportunities to develop skills in Microsoft Power Platform design and development Communication skills through stakeholder meetings and external auditor management Project Management; taking an initial scope of work through design, development, testing and roll out. Liaising with key stakeholders throughout the process Compliance and audit protocol, through maintaining ISO standards and processes

What are we looking for?
Curious, tenacious and driven individuals who thrive in a fast paced environment; Currently studying and on track for a First or 2:1, in a (or combination of) Accounting, Finance, Economics, Maths, Physics, Business Management, Business, Business analytics or other numerate degree; A strong academic background in relevant A Level disciplines, for example maths or sciences (or equivalent qualifications); Excellent communicator, not afraid to take responsibility and deliver to tight timelines; Team player and be adaptable to meet business demands; People who are willing to go the extra mile to help the team succeed.
