We have an opportunity for a Lead Composite Designer to join the Andretti Cadillac Team at the new Silverstone Facility. In this role you will be leading the design of composite components and all associated tooling in either the Wings, Bodywork, or Chassis Teams. Principal Accountabilities

Provide engineering solutions by developing layouts and schemes for major composite assemblies, ensuring optimal design and functionality. Take ownership of all composite projects run by your group, highlighting risks and opportunities to the Head of Composites. Creation of CAD models and drawings for analysis and detail design. Support your group to provide complete information for composite production processes, including materials, techniques, and quality standards. Provide guidance and supervision to composite designers in your group, fostering their professional growth and ensuring high-quality work.
