We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Creative to join our dynamic in-house Brand and Marketing team.

This role is pivotal in crafting immersive and innovative brand experiences that resonate with our audience, delivering top brand experiences to guests, partners and fans. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in spatial design, coupled with a solid understanding of graphic design, motion graphics and technology. They will work closely with our content teams and graphic designers to deliver exceptional design solutions across various physical and digital touchpoints.
This individual must be innovative and disruptive in style, with experience in spatial design. They should have knowledge in creative concepting and spatial production and have the ability to stress-test concepts to ensure all are fit for purpose, meet the brief and are achievable. They should also be experienced in considering context and culture when working for a global brand.

Qualifications & Technical Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Spatial Design, Interior Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Interior, Architectural design, or Exhibition & Event Design with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
3D modelling and rendering (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, 3ds Max)
Technical drawing and drafting
Experience with integrating technology into design solutions, including interactive media and digital installations.
Graphic & knowledge of Motion design - a plus!
In-depth knowledge of current design, technology & architectural trends (particularly in the luxury sector).
Responsibilities
Core responsibilities will stretch across four key areas: concept, design, production and team and stakeholder management.
Lead the conceptualization and design of physical brand experiences, including company spaces, event spaces, branded pop-ups, retail environments and exhibition stands.
Work with the Head of Brand & Marketing and Creative Director to ensure brand experiences are always consistent to the brand strategy.
Work with the Creative Director to develop creative solutions for experiences in response to the brief.
Work alongside the Content team to brief in all digital media for event design
Develop collaborative creative treatments for partner experiences to ensure an alignment with the AMF1 Team look and feel.
Receive and respond to creative briefs from the brand marketing team and wider commercial teams including partnerships and on/off track experiences.
Create, prepare and socialise conceptual directions with senior stakeholders.
Oversee and manage creative production working directly with suppliers and production agencies.
Quality control – oversee the deployment of all creative to ensure it meets the level of quality expected.
Manage production timescales and ensure deadlines are met.
Collaborate with multiple teams and business functions.
Success criteria
Overall, the role will be measured on the continual progress of our brand ID to support market relevancy of the AMF1 Team brand.
Conception and delivery of award-winning, modern, brand-fitting creative.
Deploying creative across multiple touchpoints seamlessly and within budget.
Measured success of guest experiences and feedback.
This role is based in Silverstone full-time.
Travel to London is needed several times per month.
Travel to event locations and to oversee build production is necessary.
International travel may be required.
