Alpine F1 Team have an opportunity to join the team as a Parts Coordinator at our site in Enstone.
The Role:
Key responsibilities include:
Collecting appropriate bill of materials (BOM) according to parts referenced on works orders and drawings.
Supplying kits in good time in respect to event calendars and department requirements using company systems including, though not limited to, “Work To Lists” and D365.
Maintain accurate records, cleanliness, and inventory of Composites storage areas.
Ensure BoMs are correct, in accordance with route operations and technical specifications.
Parts chasing of BoM items required for scheduled work to ensure production flow.
Composite Stores stock checks.
The Person:
Engineering background – able to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Forklift licence (preferred, but training will be given)
PC literate with good working knowledge of the MS office products, particular attention to Microsoft Dynamics 365 and company systems.
Ability to create a positive profile for yourself and the department.
Flexible approach to working, in order to achieve self and team targets, within a fast-paced environment, with ability to remain focused and objective under pressure, working to deadlines and with minimum supervision.
Effective oral and written communicator to ensure appropriate information is recorded and passed to relevant parties.
Well organised with attention to detail.
Team player with a ‘can do’ approach.
Interest in progression and willingness to learn new skills.
Ensuring good housekeeping and H&S polices are always adhered to.
