Parts Service Advisor (m/f/d)
Scheduling of spare parts, inventory management, and invoicing
Sales of spare parts and accessories with appropriate technical advice
Incoming goods inspection and storage of spare parts
Provision of parts for workshop operations
Processing of complaints and returns
Implementation of and compliance with processes according to Graf Hardenberg standards
Requirements
Successfully completed training in the automotive trade is an advantage
Professional experience in warehouse management or as a parts service employee (m/f/d) is desirable
Good French skills
Strong teamwork skills and independence
Organizational skills and reliability
Customer focus and high level of commitment
