Tasks

Together with other departments, we are contributing to our #DigitalFamily transformation as an Agile Program Management Office (APMO) and Lean Agile Center of Excellence (LACE). Our focus is on establishing and transforming structures, methods, processes, and tools toward value-stream-oriented portfolios and scaled agility. Our goal is the SAFe transformation in the #DigitalFamily portfolios.

As part of your activities, you will independently support us in the transformation and further development of the IT organization, particularly its IT processes and methods. Individual priorities can be set, taking into account your academic and training focus. During your internship, you will gain comprehensive insights into the Porsche working world and support us in the following areas:

Participation in agile projects as part of digital transformation (e.g., ART Launch) Participation in the support, continuous development, and optimization of IT processes and methods Support of program management in the areas of resource management, KPIs, change management, and communication Support in the maintenance and optimization of process documentation and compliance requirements Assistance in the preparation of presentations, analyses, and briefings Support in day-to-day business and the processing of administrative tasks Support with special tasks and the preparation of business analyses For more detail, salary and company information, use the apply link
