Are you passionate about the digital transformation of HR processes and have in-depth technical expertise in SAP HCM as a powerful solution for optimizing the employee experience? Then join our team and actively shape our customers' digital future. Your focus will be on the implementation, customization, and integration of SAP HCM modules such as Personnel Administration (PA), Payroll (PY), Time Management (PT), and Organizational Management (OM), as well as seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA and cloud-based solutions. The following tasks await you:

Consulting and support: Support in the transformation of on-premise HCM to hybrid landscapes with a focus on SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors.

Technical development & implementation: Design, customization, and development of SAP HCM solutions using ABAP/ABAP OO, SAP UI5/Fiori, and other modern technologies.

System architecture: Further development of the technical SAP HCM architecture, performance optimization, and seamless integration into S/4HANA environments. Integration & Cloud Solutions: Solution development for SAP HCM, SAP Workzone, and SAP SuccessFactors in SAP CPI, SAP On-Premise, or SAP BTP.
