As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you and your team ensure that these standards are met and that this is demonstrable to our customers and certification bodies.
This quality assurance cannot be achieved without making and recording the right agreements with suppliers, internal departments and with customers and end users. These agreements must be converted into (internal) documentation so that we all have the same expectations and obligations. This quality system must be consistent and accessible to all employees. In addition, we must strive for customer satisfaction and continuously improve.
What you actually do:
Maintain the document management system;
Ensure that the quality system is consistent and available on the intranet;
Be actively involved in internal and external audits;
Be substantively involved in the preparation and assessment of supplier and customer specifications;
Co-responsible for translating external specifications into internal documentation;
Be substantively involved in the execution of APQP (PPAP/FAI) processes;
To be substantively involved in the execution of FMEA processes;
Provide support in drawing up Certificates of Conformity where necessary.

For this position we are looking for an enthusiastic, accurate and communicative professional. Whether you have a background in quality, process management, laboratory, or another (technical direction): your ability to work accurately, enthusiastically and socially within a team is what counts. Our ideal candidate has:
HBO work and thinking level;
Experience with quality assurance methodologies;
A critical and systematic look at documents;
Strong communication and social skills to gather information and share insights;
A natural curiosity about potential for improvement;
Excellent command of written and spoken Dutch and English;
Knowledge of quality management system, such as ISO 9001 / EN 9100;
Knowledge of or interest in systematic working according to APQP/PPAP/FMEA processes.
