Location: Woking (4 days in the office, 1 day from home)

As a key player in McLaren’s VIP Guest Management team, you’ll be responsible for delivering world-class experiences to our majority shareholder guests at Grand Prix weekends and other prestigious events. From exclusive paddock access to VIP hospitality, you’ll ensure every interaction is seamless, memorable, and reflects the high standards of the McLaren brand.
What You’ll Do:
Host VVIP guests, providing them with tailored experiences at F1 events
Manage exclusive guest itineraries, ensuring every detail is covered
Build strong, lasting relationships with high-profile individuals
Collaborate across teams to plan bespoke events and deliver unforgettable moments
Respond to guest feedback with exceptional care and professionalism
