Build a foundational understanding the F1 powertrain sub systems, a crucial first step in the career path to working trackside.
Be responsible for analysing data generated during testing of subcomponents of an F1 powertrain, use this data to assess their heath and performance, generate and distribute reports of these findings to the wider business.
Produce and develop the documentation required for running an F1 powertrain
Proactively drive the improvement and evolution of the software used for subcomponent testing.
This is an immediate start position.

Success in this role will be if you…
Support and develop the sub systems hardware pass off tests and data review to ensure that there are no failures at track
Improve efficiency through updating of software tool and process
Interact closely with Product Engineering, Build and Programme Management to report directly to the Chief Engineer on the condition and suitability of the hardware and PU’s for their allocated usage
Challenge and assist Product Engineering during failure investigation processes
