About the Role:
We know that our wellbeing programme is the best on the grid however we also appreciate it can be better, that we can reach more team members and have an even greater lasting impact on individual and team performance. To do so, we are looking for a passionate Health and Wellbeing Industrial Placement.
Our wellbeing programme provides every Team member with an opportunity to optimise their individual wellbeing. Our framework focuses on four key attributes of wellbeing: Physical, Mental, Recovery and Social.
Working collaboratively as part of a small group, you will have the opportunity to apply the latest academic thinking from your studies to deliver measurable impact in one of the most challenging sport performance environments in the world. You will complete key projects during your time here to enhance the wellbeing of individuals and deliver performance to the Team.
The role will cover a broad range of activities from organisation and delivery of training through to data analytics and reporting. You will find yourself engaged with all areas of our Team across a broad spectrum of activities. No two days will be the same and you will have the opportunity to contribute towards the development of our wellbeing programme along with your own personal and professional skills.
The successful candidate:
For you to support us in our ambition you will be hyper curious about human performance, health and wellbeing. You will have a passion for wellbeing that delivers performance. You will have a high drive for both success and excellence, with the ability to work well individually or as part of a team. You have a humble confidence in your own ability matched with a healthy regard for your own limitations.

You have completed at least one year of undergraduate studies, and must have at least one year of academic studies left (undergraduate or postgraduate) at the time of taking up your placement with us in July 2025.
As a placement student with us you will enjoy the same responsibilities and creative freedoms as our full-time employees and will make a very real contribution to the Health and Wellbeing of our Team.
Supported and mentored by experienced team members, you will see your skills develop over your time with us. You will return to university to complete your studies having enjoyed an experience that helped you grow as an early stage practitioner.
You don’t need to love motorsport, but you probably will by the time you head back to university to finish your studies.
Please note that the role is office-based, at our campus in Brackley, United Kingdom.

All assessments in the recruitment process are in English: this is the primary language used within the organisation and you need a good level of written and spoken English in the Industrial Placement role.
