Red Bull Powertrains is a Formula One power unit manufacturing company and the newest addition to the Red Bull Technology Campus in Milton Keynes. Formed in 2021, Red Bull Powertrains is continuously expanding the team of experienced and talented engineers from different backgrounds, all working towards developing a championship-winning Power Unit that will comply with 2026 regulations.
We’re inviting Electrical Design Engineer Graduates to apply for our second ever intake for the Red Bull Engineering Academy. These graduate placements will run from summer of 2025 for two years and offer the opportunity to demonstrate your enthusiasm and apply your knowledge in an open and dynamic environment.
As part of this programme, you will be provided on-site training to ensure you are completely up to speed with company practices and give you the best start to your career!
To be considered for this Graduate Electrical Design Engineer role, you will need:
- To currently be studying a Science, Technology, Engineering or Maths (STEM) based degree (preferably Electronics/Electrical Engineering focused)
- To have graduated by Summer 2025, ready for an August 2025 start date
- An understanding of related engineering disciplines
- Keen interest in high performance engineering projects
- Hands on/ practical engineering experience is beneficial
- Experience writing and preparing technical reports and documentation
- Experience handling, processing, and understanding data from either virtual or physical testing
