Alpine F1 Team is looking for a dedicated Production Administrator to support our production team. This is a 12-month fixed-term position with the opportunity for part-time or full-time work.
The Role
Key responsibilities include:
Providing administrative support to the production department, ensuring efficient operation and coordination of all tasks.
Processing timesheets, handling agency enquiries, and coordinating with external contractors.
Maintaining and organising paperwork and records.
Accurately inputting and updating data in departmental databases and systems.
Acting as a liaison between the production departments and other departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Ensuring all activities comply with industry standards, team policies, and regulatory requirements.
Preparing regular reports on departmental activities and project progress.
Identifying and implementing process improvements within the department.
General administration support for the team.
The Person
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Proactive and self-motivated.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Team player with a collaborative mindset.
