Sustainability Lead
As part of the Alpine long-term plan to compete for F1 World Championships we are looking to add to our talented team with individuals who are motivated to significantly contribute to our relentless pursuit of excellence.
We are looking for a Sustainability Lead to be the subject matter expert on all environmental and sustainability matters at Alpine F1 Team. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with statutory and FIA obligations, particularly around sustainability goals.
You will also be responsible for building and maintaining the Environmental Management System (EMS) and developing policies, procedures, and processes to achieve best practices across the facility.
The Role:
Key Accountabilities in this role will be:
Achieve and maintain ISO 14001 certification and FIA 3-star accreditation.
Lead and develop the organization’s sustainability strategy, collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders.
Establish processes to monitor compliance, conduct audits, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for environmental performance and continuous improvement.
Report on carbon footprint and other environmental KPIs to various compliance bodies, including government agencies, Group Renault, and Formula One Management (FOM).
Represent Alpine F1 Team on the ESG Advisory Committee, collaborating with various stakeholders to integrate Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles into motorsport regulations.
Work cross-departmentally to deliver key sustainability workstreams, ensuring the team leads in environmental performance.
The Person:
The successful candidate will ideally have a degree level, in a relevant subject such as EHS combined with relevant experience in sustainability program development and implementation.
A good understanding of ISO14001 and 40001 and its practical impact is essential along with the ability to manage and deliver projects.
