We are looking for Automotive and Mechanical Engineering Graduates who have recently graduated. Come and join the team at Ilmor, working on projects spanning multiple racing and non-racing disciplines, including: F1, IndyCar, World Rally Car and Hybrid Automotive.
You should be able to demonstrate:
• Minimum degree education in a related Engineering Degree (i.e. Mechanical, Automotive or Electronics)
• A year in industry engineering placement and/or relevant post graduate work experience
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and different powertrain systems (including hybrid) or Electric propulsion and Electric Vehicle subsystems
We are looking for someone who has had experience of or exposure to:
• Engine dynamometer and sub-system rig testing (Development)
• High level of competence in planning and executing testing activities, analysing data and reporting findings in a clear and succinct manner (Development)
• Knowledge of engine design, manufacture, and assembly (Design)
• The design of engine components and some 3D CAD and FEA stress analysis skills (Design)
