We have a new opportunity to be part of our Guest Experience team in the role of Events Executive.
Responsibilities:
Focusing on the management of internal events hosted at, mostly yet not restricted to, the Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team HQ.
Coordination, management, and hosting of various audiences, with a particular focus on internal engagement and partner visits
Curating new ideas for guest experiences to continuously enhance services
Support the event manager in the pre-event planning and preparation of events
Implement planning tools and processes
Operational delivery of internal programmes
Guest management and hosting pre/post event and on-site in collaboration with other business areas
Support in guest communications & invitation process
Ownership of post-event reporting and feedback surveys
Ownership of internal events & guest lists
Supplier sourcing and management, including to ensure all suppliers meet company sustainability and operational standards
Conduct comprehensive competitor research to continuously strive to enhance our guest experiences
Front of House support where required
Manage set up/pack down of events
H&S and sustainability management, including meeting company & industry standards
Support with post-event debriefs
Support with data capture and reporting of internal programmes
To work proactively, responsibly and professionally always and to respect and comply with the
company’s reporting structure
To maintain and develop skill levels to industry standard and maintain current and thorough working knowledge of guest experience, commercial awareness and brand strategy.
Skills & Knowledge Required
Experience of working in events – preferably within the sports industry
Attention to detail
