We have an opportunity to join our team as an IT Service Desk Analyst at Alpine F1 Team where you will be providing dedicated 1st/2nd line support to the entire Formula 1 Team.
IT Service Desk Analyst - The Role
Providing dedicated 1st/2nd line support to the entire F1 Team, track, and factory. Responsible for repairing/replacing/maintaining end user computers, mobile phones, and printing devices. Other aspects of the role will include administrative tasks associated to the successful operation of the IT Department. This role is based on-site (Mon-Fri) at Enstone, Oxfordshire.
IT Service Desk Analyst - The Person
Previous 1st line or 2nd Line support experience is required, and candidates ideally will have solid, demonstrable experience in a support based role, preferably in an environment with a consumer base of 500 or more, enabling them to improve how the Service Desk operates and provides the best possible support service.
