We are looking for a person to be hired within the Research & Development Global Central Function who will be responsible for software development activity for the embedded systems used in mechatronic systems, in accordance with the objectives of the project, as well as guaranteeing that software design is in line with the development process identified and safety regulations adopted.
Main Responsabilities
- Ensures that software development, with regard to issues relating to implementation and documentation, is consistent with the required specifications, the regulations and the development processes adopted, in compliance with the objectives of the project;
- Ensures the proper definition of the requirements and all the documents required by the process used in order to correctly interact with customers and suppliers;
- Ensures the development of toolchains to support automation for software generation and compilation;- Manages the analysis and resolution of any anomalies and/or requests for changes to software originated internally or requested by customers;
- Performs calibration activities for controllers and estimators implemented in the software through the analysis of experimental or simulation data.
Minimum requirements:
- Master degree in Engineering;
- 3-10 years’ experience in the same role;
- Good level of English language.
