The Role:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a new role of Junior Programme Planner reporting to the Planning Manager within our F1 Operations Group.
The successful candidate will be responsible for aiding our Programme Planning team by way of data analysis, confirmation of component availability and project support, thereby enabling car build programmes to be delivered successfully.
Responsibilities:
Supporting the component demand & planning for a portfolio of parts.
Communicating the component availability status to stakeholders.
Assisting with the delivery of engineering updates according to challenging deadlines.
Analysing data and making recommendations where appropriate.
Assisting Programme planners to deliver critical updates
Candidate Profile:
Computer literate, ideally with a knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
An individual who is capable of fitting into and working as part of a team.
Experience of working in a similar fast paced environment would also be advantageous.
Flexibility in hours is required, along with a ‘can do’, ‘team playing’ attitude
The ability to work under minimal supervision, to strict deadlines.
Equally capable of working autonomously within a Team environment to achieve common goals.
Effective and concise communicator
Ability to remain focused and objective when faced with adversity.
Ability to create a positive profile for themselves and the team.
