We have a new opportunity to be part of our IT team in the role of CAD/PLM Support Engineer to provide a dedicated first line support via our PLM service desk, working toward agreed SLAs and conducting root cause analysis.
You will be responsible for:
Providing advice on PLM toolset usage to F1 and non-F1 users.
Assessing and prioritising business requirements in relation to incident and change requests.
Ensuring requests are resolved within agreed SLAs.
Continuous improvement of PLM service desk processes.
Contributing to and maintaining a support knowledge base in support of the PLM service desk.
Performing trend analysis and RCA of service desk requests.
Holding regular reviews of incidents and change requests to assess business impact and risk of not doing.
Supporting infrastructure design, configuration, customisations & workflow creation.
Supporting upgrade and deployment activities.
Facilitating discussions with internal and external stakeholders and solution implementation partners to resolve business process issues with root cause analysis.
Supporting licence renewals, hosting, and monitoring activities.
Interfacing with F1 engineering, AMPT and IT functions supporting the development of business and functional requirements, status updates & enhancements.
What you will need to be successful in this role:
Broad IT Knowledge – specifically on enterprise PLM systems.
Hands-on experience with Dassault Systemes 3DEXPEREINCE platform, including CATIA and ENOVIA products.
Experience with creating, managing, and maintaining product data, including product structures.
Understanding of SLA and Service Delivery.
Good communicator, both written and verbal.
Logical analysis.

This is a full-time office-based role based at our campus in Silverstone, with additional requirement to travel to other locations where necessary.
