What you'll do

- Lead and manage a team of applied scientists and ML engineers to deliver AI-based solutions.
- Identify and prioritize AI/ML solutions with significant business values.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that AI solutions are aligned with business strategy and goals.
What you need
- Master's degree in Computer Science or a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, etc.)
- 10 years of experience in software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, R, C++)
- 3 years of experience managing data scientists and/or machine learning engineers
- 5 years of experience developing machine learning systems, including data preparation, model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
