As a dedicated team member of a national-level racing team competing in the Baja competition organized by SAE India, I have honed my skills in computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and vehicle dynamics. My primary responsibilities included conducting comprehensive CFD studies on the overall vehicle aerodynamics to enhance performance. Additionally, I focused on optimizing the suspension setup to ensure superior vehicle dynamics. This role required meticulous analysis, innovative problem-solving, and a collaborative approach to engineering challenges.
Furthermore, my master's thesis for my MSc in Thermal Power and Fluid Engineering from the University of Manchester has deepened my expertise in CFD applications. The thesis involves an in-depth study of vehicle underfloor aerodynamics, specifically investigating how various ground clearances influence downforce generation and overall vehicle performance. This research has provided valuable insights into aerodynamic optimization and has further solidified my proficiency in CFD and its practical applications in automotive engineering.
