Experience Level:
Mid Level
Desired Job Role:
Formula One
Experience:
I started working as a quality inspector in 2015, and between the best achievements I've learnt to read complex mechanical drawings for motorsport and aeronautics, programme CMM machines, select and use measuring equipment, work in a team and different manufacturing processes such as milling, turning, grinding, welding, additive manufacturing and EDM.
As Quality Manager, I have contributed to the reorganisation and improvement of the company's quality management system in accordance with the international standards ISO9001 and EN9100.
Through the periodic monitoring of KPIs and internal audit activities, it has been possible to assess the improvement of the company's performance and increase supplier and customer satisfaction.
The optimisation of resources has enabled the company to obtain NADCAP certification for non-destructive testing and to plan its path towards PART21 Sub Part G certification.
The dynamism of the motorsport sector and the complexity of the processes that characterise the aeronautical sector have enabled me to develop a heterogeneous set of technical, management and problem-solving skills that are essential for maintaining and improving the quality management system and production processes.
The entrepreneurial spirit and passion for business management allowed me to complete a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Business Organisation while working full-time. This degree was fundamental in adding management skills to the technical skills I had learnt during my mechanical engineering diploma.
