- RC Drag Car - August 2024 - December 2024
Currently collaborating with a team of students to design the fastest 1/6th scale drag car starting from a stock trophy truck. The goal is to prototype, iterate and perfect the design to achieve the best possible time across a 175 feet long course.
- Easy Bake Oven - May 2024 - July 2024
Engineered an easy bake oven using a halogen automotive headlight and a thermocouple. Conducted heat loss analysis to streamline design for better performance. Implemented a PID controller in LabVIEW to automate the oven to reach temperature up to 350℉ with a tolerance of ±1℉.
- Pint Glass Bracket - June 2024 - August 2024
Applied Lean Manufacturing techniques to produce a wall-mounted pint glass holder. Developed CAD models of the design and applied FEA analysis to ensure functionality. Employed a plasma-cutter and laser-cutter to produce prototypes as well as resin-printing a protective sleeve to further improve the final design.
