o Market research, competitor analysis, component research, supplier selection, vehicle architecture design.
o Design of chassis steel frame, suspension geometry and aerodynamic components.
o Suspension geometry tunning and optimization through optimization in ChassisSim.
o Chassis FEM simulation according to the requirements on the FIA standards.
o Front and rear wing aerodynamic shape optimization through surrogate modelling and genetic algorithm optimization coupled to synthesis of linkages. State-of-the-art research for the diffuser. 3D transient CFD simulations (RANS, SST k-ω).
o Manufacturing drawings and documents for all vehicle components such as chassis tubes, engine mounts, wishbones and uprights, this also applies for the construction components such as Jigs for Chassis, Uprights and wishbones
Redesign components damaged in track tests for an LMP3 prototype (LR01):
o Rear-suspension´s Bell crank and linkage to gearbox.
o Bellhousing.

o Internal reinforcing webs for front splitter.
