Desired Job Role:
Formula One, Indy Car, Nascar, WRC, Mechanical Engineering, Vehicle Dynamics and Chassis, Mechanical Engineering, Aerodynamics, Quality Control QC, Operations, Race Engineer / Pit Crew
Experience:
As a junior engineering student with a strong foundation in automobile engineering, I have actively contributed to high-level automotive projects both in India and the U.S. I was part of the SAE Supra competition, where I focused on the design and structural integrity of the roll cage, ensuring safety and performance. Utilizing MIG welding and Ansys software, I conducted thorough analyses to enhance the design's durability and correct potential issues. I worked as part of a 25-member design team, honing my collaboration and project management skills in a fast-paced, competitive environment. Currently, I am a member of the CUA Motorsports team at The Catholic University of America, where I am applying my expertise to build race cars within tight budget constraints for events like the Grassroots Motorsports $2000 Challenge. My experience across various automotive platforms has developed my technical proficiency in design, analysis, and manufacturing, while also fostering key soft skills such as teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving. I am eager to bring this combination of skills to a motorsports company for internships or full-time positions.
