One Road is the FIA-led Global Loyalty Programme focusing on leisure, retail, mobility, tourism and hospitality. As a two-sided marketplace, it gives participating FIA Clubs and their members access to offers that the FIA negotiates with partners at a global level. Digital and flexible, the programme also benefits FIA Club members worldwide when they travel abroad by granting them access to other participating Clubs’ deals.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing and nurturing relationships with our business partners. The successful candidate will work closely with the Business developer, Operation manager, Club relationship manager and General manager to support partner engagement and drive overall business growth.
MISSIONS AND RESPONSABILITIES:
Partner Relations
Assist in maintaining relationships with existing business partners, including regular business reviews
Support the onboarding process of new partners by coordinating introductory meetings and assisting with technical onboarding
Help monitor and compile reports on partner performance and satisfaction
Assist in preparing account strategies under the guidance of a senior manager
Participate in partner meetings, presentations, and events to gain hands-on experience
Club Relation
Support communication of offers and updates to clubs
Assist in gathering feedback from clubs about existing offerings
Help track and analyse club performance metrics under supervision
Act as a point of contact for minor queries and escalate issues to senior team members as needed
Support the liaison process between partners, clubs, and internal teams
Serve as a liaison between partners, clubs, and internal teams
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and agreements
Administrative Support
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and marketing materials
Handle administrative tasks related to partner and club management
Maintain and update the partner and club databases
PROFILE:
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (master)
Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with additional tools such as Salesforce, SurveyMonkey, or Power BI is a plus
Basic understanding of the B2B2C market dynamics
Passion for Partnerships with famous brands in various categories such as Retail & Technology, Travel and Hospitality, Mobility, Fuel
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality
