Logistics & Operations Coordinator (Porsche Lifestyle) (Full-time 2-year Contract)

Porsche Singapore is seeking a highly accountable Logistics & Operations Coordinator to support our Porsche Lifestyle team in managing operational and logistical processes, including stock movement, warehouse coordination, and system administration. The successful candidate will ensure shipments are handled efficiently, documentation and system entries are accurate, and operations run smoothly across the Finance and Retail teams.
- Coordinate incoming shipments and communicate with stakeholders (e.g., headquarters, suppliers, freight forwarders, customs agents, and warehouse partners) to ensure timely delivery, proactively monitor schedules, comply with import taxes and duties, and address potential delays or discrepancies
- Oversee warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound movements, goods receiving, order fulfillment, and transfers across different locations
- Monitor warehouse stock levels, maintain alignment between physical inventory and system records, and support regular stock counts and reconciliation activities
- Manage order processing, ensuring orders are correctly packed, dispatched, and tracked
- Maintain accurate documentation for all shipments, including invoices, packing lists, and delivery notes
- Process purchase orders (POs) and goods receipt & invoice entries (GRNI), submitting accurately to Finance, and assist with cost verification for import duties, shipping fees, and logistics expenses
- Prepare regular reports and analyses, including shipment status, inventory levels, and logistics KPIs
- Support continuous operational excellence initiatives, identify cost-efficient opportunities, and provide on-the-ground support for special logistics or retail activations
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain management; strong-potential fresh graduates are welcome.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and propose practical recommendations.
- Positive, solution-oriented, and proactive mindset, with a focus on delivering effective resolutions.
- Self-motivated and adaptable, with a strong "can-do" attitude and continuous learning mindset.
- Detail-oriented and organised, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
- Collaborative team player who can also work independently.
- Proficient in Excel, with strong digital aptitude and the ability to adapt quickly to new systems and tools
