About the Group:
The Connected Camera Quality team is an elite global team based in Israel and the U.S., driving excellence across all quality aspects of GM’s Connected Cameras features and infrastructure. Our expertise spans QA, automation, and integration engineering. We work closely with vehicle, cloud, and mobile development teams, as well as with multiple cross-functional partners, to deliver reliable, innovative, and high-performing connected experiences for our customers.
We are looking for a Senior Quality Engineer to join our team!
What will YOU do?

Play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our automotive software applications.

Collaborate closely with development teams to design, execute, and maintain comprehensive test scenarios, utilizing your expertise in scripting, databases, and various development tools.

Test Scenario Development: Analyze requirement documents to create detailed test scenarios that align with product specifications.

Test Execution: Perform manual and automated testing to identify defects and ensure software meets quality standards.

Scripting: Develop and maintain test scripts using Python and Bash to automate testing processes.

Database Management: Utilize SQL to query databases, validate data integrity, and support testing activities.

Tool Proficiency: Leverage tools such as Jira for issue tracking, Confluence for documentation, GitHub for version control, Jenkins for continuous integration, and Artifactory for artifact management.
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Over 3 years in quality assurance of SW features with HW dependency.

Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting.

SQL skills for database querying and validation.

Experience with Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Jenkins, and Artifactory.

Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
