- You support the digitalisation and automation of existing HR processes with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors
- You take on the role of the main contact person for our HR department and provide support in the new and further development of processes within the HR systems
- You are responsible for maintaining an overview of the system landscape, especially with regard to system adjustments
- You advise our HR departments on the definition of technical requirements and their implementation and are also involved in HR-related projects
- You take on the interface function between HR and IT
- Perform regular HR reports, or based on special requests
QualificationsQualifications
- Degree with a focus on HR, IT, or similar studies
- Expertise in HR and SAP SuccessFactors for minimum 2 years
- Basic knowledge of SAP HCM
- Passion for working with different HR systems and digitalisation of processes, as well as a proactive, hands-on mentality to contribute to different implementation initiatives
- Flexibility and the ability to work both, independently and in a team
- Evaluation skills and analytical thinking
- Structured working methodologies with high affinity for data
Nice-to-have: experienced user of SAP HCM
Things to know before departure:
- Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month
- Working hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation days
- Employment contract: Unlimited

- Language skills: Fluency in written and spoken German (B2-C1) & English (B2)
- Flexibility & willingness to travel
- Other: a valid work permit
